Ikea for the world

Billy shelves are mass produced, and yet they evoke personal attachments,. This allows the multi Ikea furniture - like most international corporations and - produce in low-income countries, where their subcontractors by the media-ecological and social "Iway standards" need to not shave.
D em Swedish furniture store Ikea is doing well. 410 million customers worldwide, 175 million catalogs placed under the people (in the current year, in 27 languages) and soaring sales: 1994 setzte der Konzern 3,3 Milliarden Euro um, 2005 waren es stolze 14,8 Milliarden Euro. Seit ein paar Jahren dehnt sich das Unternehmen in zwei lange Zeit unzugängliche Länder aus: Russland und China sind auch für Ikea gigantische Wachstumsmärkte.
